Lead Maintenance Technician – Now Hiring

ACR Maintenance is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for our retail facility maintenance operations in/ around Savannah, GA.

This role requires someone with proven experience in general maintenance who can handle service calls, troubleshoot issues, and complete work efficiently across retail locations.

Requirements:
• 6–8 years of experience in commercial and multi-family maintenance
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Must pass a drug screening
• Available to work weekends and some nights
• Willing to handle occasional after-hours emergency calls
• Ability to lead a small team of field technicians when needed
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently
• Dependable and detail-oriented
