* Basic knowledge of common construction tools and equipment
* Ability to safely lift and carry heavy materials, including lumber, windows, doors, and construction equipment
* Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Responsibilities:

* Assist with residential remodeling and construction projects
* Load, unload, and transport building materials
* Operate hand and power tools safely
* Install and assist with framing, windows, doors, flooring, trim, and other remodeling tasks
* Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
* Follow instructions and maintain high-quality workmanship
