The transformation of The Landings Club’s Palmetto Club Ballroom continues to take shape. From refined architectural millwork and statement lighting to new windows, detailed finishes, and elegant stone surfaces, each phase brings the space closer to its finished vision.

These progress photos capture some of the craftsmanship happening behind the scenes, where attention to detail matters just as much during construction as it does on the final walkthrough.

We’re proud to be part of the team bringing new life to this beautiful space and look forward to sharing more as the renovation progresses.

Please join us in welcoming two outstanding new additions to the JTVS team!

We're excited to welcome Amy Smith as our new Business Development Director and Gavyn Groomes as our newest Field Engineer.

Amy brings more than 30 years of experience in business development, marketing, communications, and strategic consulting across the architecture, engineering, construction, technology, nonprofit, and public sectors. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for fostering growth, strengthening client relationships, and helping organizations achieve lasting success.

Gavyn's journey with JTVS comes full circle. After spending two summers interning with us while earning his Construction Management degree from Georgia Southern University, he has officially joined the team full-time as a Field Engineer. His dedication, eagerness to learn, and passion for quality construction make him a great fit for our team.

When she's not working, Amy enjoys timber farming, traveling to France to practice her French, growing orchids, and spending time in the garden. Outside the office, Gavyn enjoys the outdoors, cheering on his favorite teams, and spending time with family and friends.

We're excited to have Amy and Gavyn on the JTVS team and look forward to all they'll accomplish. Welcome to the JTVS family!

Every successful project begins long before construction starts.

From budgeting and scheduling to coordination with owners, architects, and engineers, preconstruction plays a critical role in delivering projects efficiently and thoughtfully. Our team works collaboratively through every phase to help identify challenges early and keep projects moving forward from concept to completion.
