🔥 **A fireplace should be more than functional—it should be a focal point.**

For this project, our team:

✔️ Removed the existing fireplace tile
✔️ Protected the surrounding hardwood floors
✔️ Installed new backer board on the fireplace wall and hearth
✔️ Installed, grouted and sealed the new patterned tile

The result is a fresh, custom look that adds plenty of character while still complementing the home’s classic style. We love how the coordinating tile carries from the fireplace surround onto the hearth!

🔨 **COASTAL CARE & REPAIR: One Damaged Section Can Be Enough**

Siding damage doesn’t always mean replacing the entire exterior.

🏙️ DOWNTOWN SAVANNAH PROJECT COMPLETED

Coastal Contracting recently partnered with a property management company to complete an extensive turnover and installation list across two downtown Savannah units.

Our scope included:
