Another project completed for one of our longtime property management partners! 🔨

This Savannah property needed repairs to a large historic window, so our team temporarily secured the opening, carefully rebuilt the lower window sash, reinstalled it, then primed and painted the window and casing.

Historic windows require a little more skill, patience and attention than simply replacing something with new—and we’re proud to give these original features the care they need and deserve.

We’ve worked with this property management company for years, providing quick turnarounds and coordinating scheduling directly with their tenants to make the entire process easier for everyone involved.

Sometimes a collection of updates is exactly what a room needs to feel fresh again! ✨

Along with this customer’s master bathroom renovation, our team completed several updates in the living room, including:

🔨 Replacing two interior six-panel doors
🔨 Replacing the trim around five doors
🔨 Repairing the crown molding

Talk about a bathroom with personality! 💙✨

We completely transformed this master bathroom, starting with a full demo and taking care of everything from the subfloor and plumbing to the final coat of paint.

The new space features a custom walk-in shower with bold blue tile, a coordinating hexagon mosaic floor, built-in bench and niche, a coated frameless glass enclosure and a new glass transom that brings in natural light. We also installed new tile flooring, a four-foot vanity with a quartz countertop and ceramic sink, updated lighting, a new vent fan, fresh paint, trim, doors and more.

This one is bright, bold and completely customized to the homeowner—and we love how it came together! As a returning Coastal Contracting customer, they also received our 5% Repeat Customer Discount. ❤️

🏡 MIGUEL WOULD CHANGE ONE THING

This kitchen is beautiful - the warm wood, bright cabinets, and natural light all work. But Miguel’s first question is: Where do the groceries go when you walk in?

His one change? Create a landing spot near the kitchen entrance. Even a short stretch of counter there would give you somewhere to set down bags before carrying everything across the room.
