We're looking for someone to join our team.

Honest version: it's physical, it's outdoors in weather that isn't always good, and you'll spend time in crawlspaces. We'll train you from zero - Jenny has trained every pest pro here and she's good at it. You'll be certified, you'll run your own route, and you'll know your customers by name.

We've been family owned since 1970. Some of our people have been here over a decade. That doesn't happen by accident.

If you know somebody who'd be good at this, tag them below. Or message us - we'd rather hear from a real person than read a resume. 👇

🎃 VOTING IS OPEN. 🎃

Our crew painted these at our Tuesday meeting. We're not going to tell you who did which one - that's part of it.

Vote by commenting the number of your favorite. One vote per person, voting closes October 26, and the winner gets announced at our team meeting the week of Halloween. There's a prize. They care about the prize more than they're letting on. 😆

Share this with someone who'll have an opinion. Our people have been talking about this for two weeks and we'd like them to be right or wrong about it publicly.

Which one is your top pumpkin? Comment the number. 👇

If you're going to have a mouse problem this year, October is when it starts.

The first real cold snap sends them looking for somewhere warm, and your house is warmer than the field behind it. What most people don't realize is the gap between when they get in and when you notice — usually a few weeks. By the time you hear something in the wall, they've been there a while.

The signs come before the mouse does. Droppings along a wall. A gnawed corner on a box in the garage. Shredded paper somewhere you didn't put any.

Seen anything like that yet this fall? Tell us in the comments — we'll tell you whether it's worth worrying about.
