🌳💧 FUN FACT FRIDAY! 💧🌳

Think watering your trees and shrubs is as simple as turning on the hose? Think again! 🤔

Proper watering can make all the difference in keeping your landscape healthy and thriving. Here are a few quick tips from our tree care experts:

🌱 Water early! The best time to water is between 4 a.m. and 9 a.m. when temperatures are cooler and less water is lost to evaporation.

🌱 New plants need extra attention. Newly planted trees and shrubs should be watered twice a week, while established trees typically need watering once a week, depending on rainfall and species.

🌱 Don't water the trunk. Instead, give the root zone a deep soak where the tree can absorb the moisture it needs most.

💡 Fun Fact: Most tree roots extend well beyond the trunk and canopy, which is why watering the root zone is so important!

Known for their impressive, sprawling canopies and strong resistance to hurricanes, these iconic trees are a true symbol of strength, beauty, and resilience. When he's not managing operations and supporting the team, Shem can often be found enjoying the great outdoors. He loves kayaking, exploring nature with his wife and son, and tending to an incredible collection of more than 200 bonsai trees! 🌿🎶 And if that's not enough, Shem also enjoys playing the accordion, proving that his talents extend far beyond the world of trees.
