Cord Moore Universal Roofing & Construction

Cord Moore Universal Roofing & Construction Specializing in professional roof inspections and maintenance in Savannah and surrounding areas. Unlike most roofing contractors, we live where we work.

Universal Roofing & Construction is a fully licensed and insured commercial and residential roofing company. Our teams and project managers are all a part of the communities and neighborhoods where we do business. That’s why we work so hard to keep our stellar reputation intact: your community is our community. Our relationships with our customers mean more to us than the bottom line. I provide free residential and commercial roof inspections and the installation of a new roof if needed. I also specialize in roof maintenance for roofs that may not need to be replaced yet, and just need routine care to stay weather ready. Keeping your roof inspected for leak points and damage can save you thousands rather than letting it go unchecked. I understand not everyone wants to get on their roof and look for damage or clean off years of leaves and debris, that is what I am here for! Please call or text me for your free inspection and I will handle the care of your roof for you. There will never be an expectation for you to purchase anything when I provide an inspection, I'm here to tell you the condition of your roof and what your options are. I serve Savannah and surrounding areas, including across the bridge to Bluffton and Hilton Head Island.

My clients knew they had years of damage on their roof and asked for an inspection to see what their options were for getting a new one. I was able to get them a new roof through their insurance and all they paid was their deductible. If your roof has damage like this or if you are just concerned about the condition of your roof, please give me a call today for a free inspection! And if you have questions about the insurance process, I’m always happy to help 🏠

🍂 Friendly fall reminder to not let your roof get too covered with leaves and debris 🍂 This roof had several small trees growing in the debris and vines covering a portion of the roof. This can lead to water not draining off of your roof properly, causing major leaks and damage to the interior of your home. Call me today for a free quote on blowing off your roof and, as always, a free inspection to let you know your roof’s condition 🏠

⛈️ With the unprecedented amount of rain we’ve had, I’ve had several calls about roof leaks. One of my clients had a new roof put on just two years ago by someone else, and none of the exposed nails were caulked or sealed which led to a leak. Please reach out for a free inspection to stop a small problem from becoming a big one!

Homeowner Tip: you should have your roof inspected at least once a year to make sure it’s in tiptop shape, especially with hurricane season ahead 🏠🪜
