💲 Starting at $25+/hour (DOE) with competitive pay based on experience
*60 day review for attendance and quality.

What You’ll Do
Lead and support a lawn maintenance crew.
Deliver high-quality landscape maintenance services safely and efficiently.
Inspect the work performed to ensure the quality results are met with contracted services.
Coach crew members while maintaining productivity and quality.
Represent Outdoor Environments with professionalism on every job site.
What We’re Looking For
1–3 years of landscape maintenance experience.
Leadership skills and a positive attitude.
Strong communication skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Current DOT Health card or willingness to obtain one.
Someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in their work.
