As the summer season comes to a close, we’re reflecting on the work that went into delivering safe, well-managed aquatic experiences across our facilities. Our operations teams brought expertise, leadership, and attention to detail to every visit, training, inspection, and interaction.

Over 3,600 Staff Interactions & Check-Ins
Over 1,800 In-Service Trainings
Over 500 Vigilance Awareness Training (VATS)
Over 6,600 Facility Visits After 5 PM
Over 8,300 Hours On Site

After a successful summer, our Northern Virginia team came together to celebrate the people and teamwork behind it all. From good company to plenty of team spirit, it was a great opportunity to recognize their hard work and enjoy time together outside of the day-to-day.

Events like these give our teams a chance to reflect, recharge, and reconnect while celebrating everything they accomplished together.

We’re proud to announce that Amanda Evers, Regional Manager for our Southern Virginia operation, has been named a Pool Nation Awards 30 Under 40 Female of the Year nominee!

Amanda’s career in aquatics began as a lifeguard at 15 and has grown into a leadership role focused on service, teamwork, and supporting the people around her. Her hands-on approach and commitment to the teams and facilities she serves continue to make a difference.
