-The backside of this home had a 3in deflection over an 8ft span causing interior cracking and sagging

-The home was basically falling backwards

-We demo'd the backside of the home and and jacked the home up to sit square

-Annex locked the scissor trusses

-Added LVL support below with footings and lullys

-New flooring and cabinets

-And 2 bathrooms that will be on part 2

-Renovated the front side of this house because it was separating from the rest of the house-One of the footing supports...

-Renovated the front side of this house because it was separating from the rest of the house

-One of the footing supports was only about 1 ft deep because they built it on top of a gas line

-Over time the pressure caused a leak

-We demoed it and let national grid do there job (took them about 6 months)

-Re-built

-Brazilian walnut exterior columns, beams, and decking

-Custom cast iron railing

-Interior built-ins
