Massive oak roots!

A quality concrete job starts long before the concrete truck arrives.

Large roots beneath a future slab must be dug out and removed—not simply covered with concrete. As roots decay, they leave empty spaces underground that can cause the soil and concrete above them to settle, crack, or sink. Active roots may also continue growing and place pressure on the slab.

At All Season Patio and Sunroom, we believe proper preparation is the foundation of long-lasting work. Removing large roots, compacting the soil, and preparing the base correctly helps protect your investment for years to come.

Do it right from the ground up.
