Another Failed attic encapsulation
Foam looks like it’s right but far from it.
If you have spray foam existing home and or in new construction
Ya need to get it checked for performance. Period.
This attic has mold, leaks everywhere, delamination and critters. I could smell the mold and moisture while entering the garage way before opening the attic stairs.

Recent flooding
If water got in your home just a smidge or not. The flooring must come out. The baseboards must come out. Professional drying needs to be done. Dehumidifiers
Fans moisture readings etc.
Do not use bleach to clean !
Does nothing for the substrate but kill mold on the surface only.
If that !
Use a peroxide based product.
Dry and dry and dry some more.
Substrates need to be moisture checked to be dry enough to rebuild.
Treat before putting back together.
