Yesterday’s project at The Hive Hot Yoga Studio in Pittsburgh showed exactly why hose heat consistency matters.

Steel City Insulation installed just under 1,400 pounds of Elastochem Insulthane Extreme Closed Cell HFO to the exterior and partition walls. The AD-ACE Conformance Report tells the story clearly: A-side and B-side hose heat stayed tight to set point throughout the entire application.

Not for a few minutes.

Not for one good pass.

All day.

That level of temperature control matters because material temperature directly affects viscosity, mix quality, spray pattern, adhesion, yield, cell structure, and overall foam performance.
