Timeline Design+Build Timeline Design is an award winning design-build firm that specializes in custom home building.

When Matthew Harrigan began Timeline Design in 1990, his goal was to organize every detail of each project prior to commencement. Today, the entire staff at Timeline Design is committed to fulfilling his mission of "On Time and on Budget." Light-filled openness meets warm, organic living in this modern custom home.✨

Open connections between the kitchen and living spaces are defined by a refined palette of rift white oak cabinetry and built-in shelving. Expansive sliding glass doors, positioned beneath clerestory windows, gently open the living room to the backyard gathering areas — dissolving boundaries and filling the home with natural light and a sense of volume.

Designed and built to be a quietly elevated, family-oriented home filled with warmth and everyday comfort.
