Exciting news—Sol Apartments in Troy, NY is nearly complete, and residents will soon be moving into their new homes!

It's been incredibly rewarding to see this project come together from the earliest design concepts to the final stages of construction. We're grateful to The Rosenblum Companies for the opportunity to be part of this development and to Jersen Construction for their partnership throughout the process.

Congratulations to everyone who helped make this project a reality. We can't wait to see Sol Apartments become a vibrant new part of the Troy community!

Exciting news!

We're pleased to share that our proposed 624 North Broadway Condominium project has officially received Design Review Board approval from the City of Saratoga Springs!

Located on one of Saratoga's most distinguished streets, this four-unit condominium building was thoughtfully designed to reflect the architectural character that makes North Broadway so special. From its welcoming front porch and classical detailing to its traditional proportions and carefully considered materials, every effort was made to create a building that feels like a natural part of the neighborhood.

With Design Review Board approval complete, we're looking forward to moving into the next phase of the project.

A sincere thank you to our client, Crisafulli Associates, for the opportunity to help bring this vision to life, and to the members of the Design Review Board and the Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation for their thoughtful review and feedback throughout the process.

From historic brownstones across the street to the iconic RPI campus rising on the hill, these framed moments become part of the living experience.

This project by REVEAL Architecture | Design is rooted in context—respecting the scale, rhythm, and materiality of the neighborhood while introducing a contemporary layer. The result is a dialogue between old and new, where architecture doesn’t compete with history—it reveals it.
