👏 Intern Presentation Day!

This summer, we had the pleasure of welcoming Andrew Rubino, a senior at the University of Southern California majoring in Real Estate Development, and Grady Frasier, a senior at the University of South Carolina majoring in Business and Real Estate Development, to the Bonacio team.

Under the mentorship of Aaron Tomczak, Director of Commercial Real Estate & Business Development, and Mea Amedio, Business Development Assistant, Andrew and Grady gained hands-on experience across our development, property management, asset management, estimating, and construction teams. From visiting active job sites to collaborating with team members across the company, they were immersed in every stage of the real estate development process.

Throughout the summer, they analyzed project case studies, explored development feasibility, and presented thoughtful recommendations on ways we can continue to innovate, including leveraging AI and enhancing our marketing efforts.

We’re incredibly grateful for their hard work, fresh perspectives, and enthusiasm. Thank you, Andrew and Grady, for a fantastic summer, and best of luck as you head into your senior year! 🎓

The stage is almost set!✨ We’re proud to serve as the general contractor for the new Shepard Park Amphitheater in the Lake George Village. With construction progressing beautifully, we’re excited to see this space come to life and welcome back unforgettable summer events.

Big things are taking shape in Rome. 🚧

Construction is underway and the foundations are being poured for MetLife’s new 102,000-square-foot corporate office at Griffiss Business & Technology Park in Rome, NY. This three-story headquarters will feature structural steel fabricated by Bonacio Steel and is set to become a major addition to the region’s growing business community.

Also, visible in the background is our Air City Lofts apartment community!
