Just finished this job. 500sqft hallway. As you can see a lot of repair was needed before we put down a coat of clear moisture v***r barrier. Then a pigmented urethane top coat to finish it off. Doing the proper prep and repair work ensures that the customer gets the floor they need. Cutting corners in the beginning can cost you time and money in the end. We have a few spots open this fall. Just finished this 2 car 620sqft garage. Had some major crack repair and had to do some grinding on the drain so the top would fit perfectly when the base and flake went down.

Did you know you can add vinyl graphics to your garage, basement or retail epoxyed floors to give it that extra “POP”? Here is another job we recently finished, 450 sqft 2 car garage with flake and they wanted a 6ft-long silhouette of Lake George between the car spots put on top of the flake, then top coat.Yes it looks smaller than 6ft in the pictures. Here is a before and after of a recent job we finished. 400 sqft kitchen with extensive repair needed. Floor was about 1/2 higher at one side of the cracks, so we needed to grind down to get it leveled. Patch cracks and then grind smooth to be ready for the metallic epoxy.
