Still a construction site, and already looking good after sunset. ⛅

Exterior lighting brings out the lines of this home and adds a warm glow to the balconies and entry areas. Fixture placement makes all the difference in where that light falls and how the home looks after dark.

We love seeing this part of a project come to life!

The highlighters work almost as hard as the power tools around here.

Every mark on these plans helps turn a drawing into a space that works for the people using it. Where the lights go, how the switches are grouped, where you’ll need power; every detail matters.

A little extra time at this table goes a long way.

The bar is already making a statement, and nobody’s even poured a drink yet. 🥂

Illuminated shelving and a glowing bar bring a whole new dimension to this space. Getting that finished look takes thoughtful lighting placement, carefully tucked-away wiring, and attention to the details.

That’s where Erwin Electric comes in.

Some electrical panels are considerably less interested in being Instagram-famous.

That’s okay. We like them anyway.

From troubleshooting and repairs to complex commercial electrical systems, our electricians work in the spaces most people never see, making sure everything they DO see keeps working.

Not exactly the glamorous part of the project, but definitely an important one.

Electrical work has to be planned around what’s coming next, which means getting the details mapped out before the concrete is poured, the walls go up, and before fixing something becomes a whole lot harder.

We’re big fans of doing it right the first time.

Measure twice. Wire once.

There’s a lot that happens before the first switch gets flipped. Planning, coordination, reviewing plans, checking locations and making sure the electrical work fits everything else happening on the job is essential for a successful project.

The best electrical work starts long before you see an outlet on the wall.
