Stellar Development is proud to celebrate the Sarasota Bradenton International Airport (SRQ) Marketing Team for winning the prestigious ACI Community Education & Outreach Award for the 15th Street Aircraft Observation Area and Playground. As the general contractor on this transformative $2.36 million community venture, Stellar Development collaborated closely with Sweet Sparkman Architects, Manatee County, and the Sarasota Manatee Airport Authority to turn an unpaved gravel lot into a premier, family-friendly destination.

Stellar Development announced that it has begun construction on a new Hotel Siesta, located in Sarasota Florida. The 221,111 square foot six-story hotel will have 112 rooms, restaurant and rooftop pools.

DSDG Architects out of Sarasota is the architect for the project.

“Our entire team at Stellar Development is excited to break ground on this great project, it will be a tremendous addition to the local community” said Maurice Opstal, president of Stellar Development.
