ARM BUILDERS INC. IS HIRING!

We are looking for someone with a valid CDL who is also willing and able to perform general construction labor.

The CDL driving portion of this position may be part-time or full-time depending on our current workload and workflow. Driving responsibilities may include transporting equipment, hauling materials, and moving equipment to and from job sites.

When CDL driving is not needed, we have full-time general construction labor available.

General labor responsibilities may include:

• Framing
• Demolition
• Finish carpentry
• Jobsite preparation and cleanup
• Loading and unloading equipment and materials
• Assisting the crew with other construction-related work

Applicants must be dependable, hardworking, able to show up on time, and willing to work as part of a crew. Previous construction, demolition, carpentry, hauling, and equipment experience is preferred.

Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications. Pay will be reevaluated after 180 days based on performance, reliability, and overall contribution to the company. After one year of continued employment, employees may become eligible for company benefits and insurance options.

Work is primarily throughout Sarasota, Manatee, and surrounding areas.

This is our next project coming up on Floyd Street in Sarasota! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home will be completely gutted and remodeled. We’ll be opening up the kitchen, redoing all the plumbing, renovating both bathrooms, installing new flooring, and completing everything needed to bring it back to life.

Another successful project completed by ARM Builders Inc. 👷‍♂️🏗️

Our team removed the existing flooring and installed brand-new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring throughout the space, finished with new 1×4 baseboards for a clean, modern look.
