We pride our work on being able to deliver our customers exactly what they dream of, such as custom homes, barns, leisure buildings and more. Building Trust and Quality: Charlie’s
Construction Approach
How Communication and Policies Set Us Apart
Introduction
We’ve all heard the horror stories: homeowners left stranded by contractors,
communication breakdowns, endless change orders, and, in the worst cases, lawsuits. These cautionary tales can make anyone nervous about building a new home. At Charlie’s
Construction, I understand these concerns firsthand. That’s exactly why we’ve put strong
policies in place—to protect you, our valued customers, and to ensure your experience is
positive from start to finish. Our Commitment to Quality and Relationships
My name is Charlie, and at Charlie’s Construction, our mission is twofold: building high-
quality projects and forging strong, lasting relationships with our customers. We believe
that a good home and commercial builds are built not just with top-notch materials, but
with trust, transparency, and open lines of communication. Communication: The Foundation of Our Process
We know that clear and consistent communication is the key to a successful building
project. That’s why we provide multiple ways for you to stay informed and connected
throughout your home-building journey. Our approach includes:
• Face-to-Face Meetings: Every client is paired with a dedicated project manager,
ensuring direct and personal interaction. These meetings are the best way to keep
everyone informed and to strengthen our working relationship.
• Technology-Driven Updates: We’ve introduced a software app designed to keep all
parties updated on contacts, scheduling, and project milestones. This tool also
provides real-time budget tracking, reflecting your current selections and helping
you stay on top of your budget. Why Our Policies Matter
Our policies are in place to prevent the common pitfalls that plague so many construction
projects. With clear communication channels and reliable technology, you’ll never be left
in the dark. We work hard to ensure transparency in every aspect of your build, so you can
focus on the excitement of creating your new home or commercial project, not the stress of
uncertainty. Building Your Dream, Together
At Charlie’s Construction, we strive for excellence in both craftsmanship and customer
service. Our commitment to communication and relationship-building means you’ll always
have a partner you can trust. A little about us: Charlie’s Construction is a family-owned and operated general
contracting company proudly serving our local community since 1985. Over the years, we
have specialized in building 100% custom homes tailored to our clients’ unique visions. Since 2019, we’ve expanded our expertise to include commercial projects, bringing the
same dedication and attention to detail that has defined our reputation. No matter how
challenging the job, we are the contractor committed to seeing even the most complex
projects through to completion.
