ASK YOUR INSTALLER THIS ONE SIMPLE QUESTION: WILL YOUR INSTALLED GARAGE FLOOR COATING BE WARRANTED AGAINST ALL “MOISTURE-RELATED ISSUES”?

Don’t be fooled by “Limited Lifetime Warranty” claims. Ask to see the “Warranty Exclusions” section of the contract. There should be NO limits or exclusions pertaining to moisture-vapor emission rates (MVERs) or hydrostatic pressure.

Why? Because moisture-related issues are the number one reason for coating failures. If they aren’t fully covered, your warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on!

Driveway Paver Restoration

Power wash pavers - get all dirt, mold, and mildew removed.
Lemon Ammonia wash
Rinse completely
Allow to dry overnight, up to 24 hours.
Sand(if needed)
Apply Poly Enhance polyurethane paver sealer. Burnt Umber stain added to the sealer on this restoration
