🏡✨ This lanai got the transformation it deserved!

What started as an old, deteriorated lanai turned into a complete restoration. 🛠️ During demolition, we even uncovered a hidden rodent nest 🐀, safely removed all contaminated materials, and prepared the space for a fresh start.

🔩 We rebuilt the lanai with a brand-new aluminum structure and a modern insulated roof, creating a stronger, safer, and more beautiful outdoor living space that’s built to last. 💪

We visited this client and found their pool cage in deteriorated condition, with rusted screws compromising its structure 🔩. Many people don’t realize it, but this detail is crucial—especially during tornado season 🌪️, when safety and durability are essential.

We carried out a full restoration: replacing all screws with high-quality hardware, applying specialized DTM paint designed for pool enclosures 🎨, and of course completing a full rescreening of the structure.

Now, the client enjoys a fully renewed, reinforced cage—like new and built to provide greater safety, durability, and peace of mind ✅🏡
