Parking lot demo has begun. We will reset the elevations for better drainage, pour back with a stronger foundation and concrete mix finished up with new striping and signage for this Church and Wauchula.

Another fun project for one of our long time clients. We helped clear out underbrush that surrounded this awesome lake on their property. We then we graded all the slopes so they could easily manage mowing the new sod going down today. This also made the property safer for the horses and animals to enter the lake for a drink. We specialize in not only commercial development but also residential or farm properties in need of new ponds, pond refurbishing, drainage, laser grading to make pastures drain properly, culverts, heavy clearing and more! We are currently working on a large pad for their new horse barn. More pictures to follow.

We specialize in fine grading, ponds, parking lots, swales and other special drainage projects. This project for example had several prints. Gps not correct so we did it the right way with grade stakes and string lines. We took a longer scheduled job and completed it ahead of the builders schedule and have done several projects for not only the contractor but some very nice people from the Amish community center. Even being invited to Ohio to work on commercial projects. That’s a big honor the recognize correct work and work being completed on time or early but not cutting corners. This was a lot of field fitting in order to make some areas drain and as we’re working down the road one of the head leaders stopped to tell us that with all the rain everything is draining absolutely perfect. We take a lot of pride in our work and pride ourselves on longterm relationships with out contractors and customers. Looking forward to some huge jobs coming up. We enjoy showing pictures of larger more complex projects that we handle. This was a few years ago. We came in and finished excavating this large Olympic pool and lazy river, as well as handled all the drainage, backfill and compaction, and final grading for the deck. This is the Northport aquatic center. As you see from our website and our page, we can handle small equipment projects such as berms, swales small trench excavations up to full commercial buildout from clearing to asphalt. We enjoy showing projects from start to finish. One question we are asked is what is to big or to small? We do handle refurbishing driveways, clearing up to full turnkey commercial and residential development.
This is a parking lot that is ready to go for new model homes. We use quality aggregate that holds up to 100,000 lbs of testing turning on it without leaving a mark and leave it with clean parking stalls and ready for landscape.

Creative project underway. We are creating customized landscape berms in green areas for buffers. The contractor asked for unique character, rather than conventional straight berms. It’s enjoyable when we can incorporate our own creative touch, similar to grading golf courses.
