Major milestone reached on Siesta Key! 🏗️📦

We’ve officially passed our framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC rough-in inspections on this 3-bedroom, full-gut condominium remodel.

With the green light on inspections, drywall delivery went straight to the upper floors—hoisted by crane right through the window to keep the job site efficient and moving fast.

Passed Inspections: Rough-in electrical, plumbing, framing, and mechanical all approved.

Materials on Deck: Drywall safely delivered and staged on-site via crane lift.

Next Phase: Hanging drywall and bringing these interior living spaces to life.

Permits approved and Day 1 is officially underway! 🔨📋

AmEuro Construction is kicking off another exciting medical/dental office transformation in Palmetto, FL. Today marks the start of demo, with the team walking the site and marking out every wall, fixture, and feature coming down to make way for the new modern layout.

Here’s the game plan:

Permit in hand: Ready to build out a top-tier dental facility from the ground up.

Demo walk-through: Identifying and tagging all structural and interior elements for removal.

Prep for rebuild: Clearing out the footprint so the mechanicals, plumbing, and framing can roll in next.

Another Dentist Office Renovation Started!

Demolition phase: Complete! 💥🔨

Here’s an updated look inside our commercial buildout for Dr. Rini's new dental office in Palmetto, FL. In just 5 days, our crew stripped the interior down to a clean, open shell—clearing out old walls, finishes, and drop ceilings to expose the raw space and mechanical overheads.

Full Demo Wrap-Up: Interior completely cleared out and debris hauled away.

Overhead Mechanics Exposed: HVAC ducting, electrical whips, and fire suppression systems prepped for reconfiguration.
Clean Slate Ready: Space is swept, prepped, and ready for floor layout chalk lines, slab X-ray scanning, and underground plumbing rough-ins.

It takes a clean demo to build a precision medical space. Stay tuned as framing and infrastructure work get underway next!

New Project Alert! 🩺🏗️

Permits are in, and we’re officially underway on a brand-new dental office build-out right in Lakewood Ranch, Florida!

We’ve already got the perimeter framing up and string lines pulled to pinpoint every wall location. Next up: laying out the specialized plumbing, electrical, suction, gas, and sewer lines (you can see the orange lines marked on the floor).

Lots of progress in just a couple of days matching everything up to the plans. We're excited to build another state-of-the-art dental facility for our community!

We love it when our amazing clients stop in to talk shop, brainstorm, and map out the future. We are officially kicking off the planning phases for an incredible new condo rehab project, and we couldn't be more excited to bring this vision to life.

This year is incredibly special as we celebrate America's 250th Independence Day—a quarter-millennium of freedom, innovation, and unity. We are profoundly grateful for the incredible community we get to live and build in every single day.

Behind every stunning "Before & After" is a lot of hidden craftsmanship. 🛠️✨

We recently completely reimagined this fireplace wall, taking it from a standard layout to a modern, integrated masterpiece. Here’s a peek behind the drywall at what it took to bring this vision to life:

Complete Reset: Demoed the existing floating cabinets, mantel, shelves, and old tile to start fresh.

Smart Tech Integration: Reworked the electrical and low-voltage wiring, building custom recessed back boxes to completely hide the TV wires and power the new artwork lighting.

Custom Carpentry: Crafted bespoke wood paneling on both sides of the fireplace and meticulously recreated the crown molding for a perfect, seamless fit.

The Final Details: Installed custom art pieces with integrated LED accent lights, re-mounted the TV and soundbar, and finished everything with a fresh, flawless coat of paint.
