Introducing Kellogg Construction Group - and we're starting with The Beachmaker.
The Beachmaker is an 8-story, 368,906-square-foot post-tension condominium-hotel tower on Madeira Beach, joining Marriott's Autograph Collection. 161 condo-hotel rooms and 10 penthouse Marriott-branded residences, above 330 covered parking spaces. Two elevated pool decks with private cabanas, a fitness center, ground-level retail, two restaurants, and conference space round out the property.
We're thrilled to be working alongside a talented group of owner-developers and Place Architecture's forward-thinking design team.
KCG is a Sarasota-based multifamily general contractor led by the principals of Kellogg & Kimsey, with more than 7,000 units and 5 million square feet delivered. Built to be lived in. Built to last.
