A little breeze, a little sunshine, and a very good reason to stay outside.

For our Breeze & Blossom project, the lanai was designed as a true extension of the home, with distinct spaces for lounging, dining, and cooking that make outdoor living feel just as comfortable and considered as what’s inside.

Natural textures and a soft, neutral palette keep the focus on the Florida landscape, while the patterned tile, woven furnishings, and black architectural details add just enough contrast and personality.

And with the pool only a few steps away, this is exactly where we’d be spending the weekend. ☀️

One of our favorite things to do is design around the pieces that already mean something.

This bar cabinet at our was already part of the story before we ever walked in. Our job was simply to give it the moment it deserved, paired with the art, the brick, the details that make this space unmistakably his.

If you have pieces you love, bring them. The best rooms are the ones that couldn't belong to anyone else.

A well-designed home doesn't just feel good on the inside. It contributes something to the street, the neighborhood, the community around it. Curb appeal isn't vanity — it's a small act of consideration for everyone who passes by.

Today feels like a good reminder of that.

The ultimate bedroom upgrade? ✅

This serene suite already has plenty going for it, from the soaring ceiling and lake views to the soft, layered palette that makes the room feel like a retreat.

But just outside the sleeping area, we added one more reason to stay awhile: a custom coffee and beverage station complete with a sink, refrigeration, and plenty of storage.

Sometimes, it's the little conveniences that make everyday life feel exceptionally good.

Morning coffee without leaving your suite? Yes, please. 🙏

More than a shower. A room within the room.

Designed as a true destination within the primary bath, this oversized shower brings together symmetry, scale, and material in a way that feels both luxurious and incredibly functional.

Dual shower systems create a personalized experience on either side, while floor-to-ceiling stone, a tiled ceiling, and built-in seating give the space a sense of permanence. Beyond the glass, the floating dark wood vanity adds warmth and contrast, while a dimensional stone accent wall and layered lighting create a focal point of their own.

Every detail considered. Every angle designed. Because a primary bath should feel like somewhere you want to stay awhile.

A vaulted wood ceiling. A tiered chandelier that earns every inch of that height. Sculptural silver leaf wall art that stops you before you even make it to the bed. Layered textures in every direction — the fringe chairs, the patterned drapery, the antique mirrored niche that catches the light just right.

Every detail in this room was chosen with intention. And when it all comes together like this, you feel it the moment you walk in.
