We’re proud to have been awarded the Anna Maria City Pier project and excited to be part of the next chapter for such a special local landmark.

Southern Cross Contracting has been awarded the contract for the remaining repair and construction services needed for the City Pier.

From a vision in my head… to a whole lot of plans, decisions, dust, texts, changes, and “Jason, I have an idea…” 😂🔨
Watching our new Southern Cross Contracting office come together from start to finish has been pretty incredible.
I was honored to have the opportunity to design this space and put my touch on a place our SCC family gets to call home. And I definitely couldn’t have done it without , my right-hand man throughout the entire build, managing the subs, keeping everything moving, and somehow surviving all of my ideas along the way. 😂
There’s something pretty special about watching a building go from plans on paper to a finished space and knowing just how much work happened in between.
A huge thank you to everyone who had a hand in bringing it to life. We didn’t just build an office… we built the next chapter of Southern Cross Contracting. ❤️🔨
And I have to say… she turned out pretty damn good. 😉

Sometimes the best upgrades are the ones that simply make things work better. We’re wrapping up a nice project at the Manatee County Tax Collector & Driver’s License Offices, bringing updated equipment and improved efficiency to the space.

We’re proud to put our work into projects that make a difference in the everyday places people depend on.
