Something BIG is under construction. USF’s new football stadium is taking shape!

At DuCon, we’re proud to contribute to the development of the University of South Florida new football stadium, a landmark project that will shape the future of the university, elevate the student-athlete experience, and leave a lasting impact on the Tampa Bay community.

The future is under construction.

Community, camaraderie, and a whole lot of great golf. Skill Center's 3rd Annual Golf Tournament brought us to Carrollwood Country Club for a day worth celebrating.

Moments like these remind us that growth doesn't happen alone. It happens when a community shows up for each other, on and off the course.

Thank you to everyone who came out to play a part in this one.

Discipline doesn't stay in the gym. It shows up on the jobsite.

Our team got after it this week, not just to build strength, but to build the mindset that carries into everything we do: risk management, client satisfaction, and being teammates worth counting on.

Construction is a hard process. It takes continuous focus. That's the standard we're setting on the road to 2027 and beyond, and it starts with how we show up right here.

Be in shape. Be committed. Be focused. Execute in excellence.

That's how we impact.

Built for the grind.

You can build great projects, but it takes great people to build a great company.

At DuCon, our culture is centered on investing in people, strengthening relationships, and creating an environment where we can grow and win together.

For 35 years, the James B. Sanderlin Neighborhood Family Center has done the work of making sure kids and families in St. Petersburg are valued, loved, and destined to succeed.

That mission has outgrown its building. So Dr. Celeste Collins and her team broke ground on what's next: a 40,000-square-foot facility built with DuCon and AD Morgan, designed for what the community actually needs. Larger classrooms. Technology spaces. A full pantry with a loading dock. Room for families to grow, not just fit.

This is what it looks like when a mission refuses to be boxed in by four walls. Congratulations to Dr. Collins and the entire Sanderlin family on breaking ground. We're proud to help build what's next.

Before DuCon could build a single project, we had to build DuCon.

There were nights the vision felt bigger than the resources. Faith that had to hold when there was no proof yet, sacrifices nobody saw, pressure that either breaks you or builds you, and relationships that carried us through seasons we couldn't carry ourselves. Pastor Kelvin Lumpkin was one of the voices who spoke life into that season, when we needed it most.

We didn't get here by accident, and we didn't get here alone.

We're proud of how far we've come. We're even more excited, and a little overwhelmed, by what we're building next.
