WHEN THE VISION LIVES ON
Sometimes you have a dream and a vision. You can see it clearly in your mind and in your heart. You believe for it, work for it, pray over it, and have faith that one day you will see it completed.
But sometimes strife, conflict, division, or greed enters the picture and interrupts the dream.
That does not always mean the vision dies.
Sometimes what you once saw so clearly is ultimately completed by someone else.
Today, I am grateful to see that the offices formerly occupied by Key Roofing on Fruitville Road have been purchased and that the renovations have been completed much the way we originally envisioned and planned them.
There is something rewarding about seeing a vision become reality—even when the journey to get there turns out differently than you expected.
I also want to personally recognize and highly recommend Derek Robbins and Robbins Commercial. Derek helped us take our Fruitville Road property to market and ultimately found what we believe was the perfect buyer. We are genuinely grateful for his professionalism, persistence, knowledge of the Sarasota commercial real estate market, and the work he did to help bring the transaction to completion.
If you are considering buying, selling, or marketing commercial real estate, I highly recommend Derek Robbins and Robbins Commercial.
I also want to highly recommend Sunshine Metal for exceptional metal roofing and metal work. We recommend them without reservation and believe they are among the very best in the industry.
Attached are photographs showing the property before the renovations and after their completion, along with information on how to contact Sunshine Metal for exceptional metal roofing and metal work.
If you are considering a metal roof or quality metal work for your property, I encourage you to contact them.
Sometimes the road changes. Sometimes the people change. But a good vision can still live on.
Dream. Believe. Have faith. And never underestimate the power of a vision whose time has come.
