There’s a lot to love about The Ashton, but the layout might be one of our favorite parts! 🤩

At 1,677 sq ft, this home is a great example of how a thoughtfully designed floor plan can make every square foot count. The open concept main living area brings the kitchen and living spaces together, while the split floor plan creates separation between the primary suite and additional bedrooms.

Add in a walk in pantry, coffee bar, full laundry room, spacious primary closet, and plenty of outdoor living space, and this plan packs a lot into its footprint without feeling like it.
