Got a referral for this customer her main line had stopped up.She's eighty seven very difficult for her to move around would be difficult for her to not have use of the bathroom for the night, so we came out located the clean out augured, the line and got her cleaned up.She's up and running and very happy.

The ground troops had their hands full with this in ground water leak they got there started digging, got to about 4-5' deep when she decided to show here self. As with all late eveing calls things always go sideways. While making the 1" water line repair the brittle pvc broke at the 2" tee. They gathered all needed commercial grade materials, reduced down time and got the 289 residents back their water back. Good job guys!

So this is a point in case about how helping customers being straightforward and trying to resolve the issue rather than treating, is becoming a dying thought process.
These clients had been using another company that would come out 3-4 times a month to augur the toilet and obviously would charge each and every time. They got our number from another nonprofit.And we also came out and augured. When it clogged within a week, red flags went off and I had a discussion with the manager, and I said, well, we're going to charge you to pull and reset it. I believe that there's something obstructing the horn, and that's why it keeps getting clogged up. Well we captured it for your video delight.
As an added bonus. We also caught a couple of pictures of these pretty decent sized sewer roaches and a pretty decent sized spider that was going bat crazy in the bathroom.

Man life/business is tough. We are all just trying to get by. I went to a 2nd opinion call this morning. The previous hvac co. said the furnace was unsafe because the insulation would catch 🔥 🤔🤔 . So customers gets scared and calls around for estimates. I arrive look and check furnace. No juice, reset gfi (i know why gfi for furnace i don't know) outlet furnace starts up. I Check for co, none, filter is 12 years old which is what probably tripped the gfi. After everything, the customer just needed a new thermostat. I just gained a customer for life just by being upfront and honest with them. There's plenty of work out there without the scare tactics. People are just trying to make it don't add unnecessary stress folks😔
