Designed by Farrell Faber & Associates, this custom home rebuild is now entering its next chapter as the homesite is carefully prepared for construction.

The new residence follows a footprint very similar to the original home, preserving the orientation that made the most of the property's incredible views. Inside, the layout has been thoughtfully redesigned to reflect the homeowners' vision, featuring a spacious great room that opens to a covered loggia, creating welcoming spaces for gathering and enjoying indoor-outdoor living.
