We were contacted by a contractor in Santa Rosa in need of a new construction metal roof. Utilizing our expertise and superior quality materials, we delivered just that. For this specific project, we used our dependable CB-2000 Standing Seam Roof with striations. It's an 18" Panel, which guarantees longevity and safety. Additionally, to ensure maximum protection against weather elements, we capped it off with the Standard Hip and Ridge cap. Furthermore, we rolled out the Titanium FR Self-Adhered Underlayment, yet another one of our top-tier products, adding an extra layer of durability to the new roof. 'We were contacted by our esteemed customer in Occidental, California who needed a complete reroofing solution along with installation of new skylights. We used premium quality roofing materials from GAF Timberline HDZ SG in the classic Weathered Wood color. The customer reached out to us, looking to upgrade their old shingle roof. Honored to be part of this transformation, we tore off the shingle roof and replaced it with a striking new standing seam metal roof. We selected the superior-quality Metal Roof SL-100 in Storm Gray. This design conceals fasteners for a sleek, modern look and enhanced weather resistance.
To maximize stability, we used 7/16" OSB plywood for roof decking to provide a solid base for roofing materials, handling weight and stresses effectively. For underlayment, we applied a layer of Polyglass Polystick XFR SA FR This underlayment provides superior fire resistance and is class A fire rated, meaning it can withstand severe fire exposures and offers a high degree of fire protection.
