💧🍷 W**e Wednesday Takes a Field Trip

Last week, our W**e Wednesday took us out of the office and behind the scenes at the Laguna Treatment Plant Santa Rosa Water for a fascinating site tour with Santa Rosa Water.

Our team got an up-close look at the systems, infrastructure, and people behind a resource we rely on every day. The Laguna Treatment Plant is at the heart of the region’s water reuse system, transforming wastewater into recycled water that can be beneficially reused throughout our community.

A W**e Wednesday well spent learning together, exploring our community, and gaining a whole new appreciation for the value of water. 💧🍷

⛳️ A wonderful day on the course for an even bigger cause!

TLCD was proud to be a Tee Sponsor for the 36th Annual FORE Y Kids Charity Golf Tournament, supporting the Sonoma County Family YMCA and the important work they do in our community.

TLCD Principal, and Y Board member, David Delasantos hit the course alongside Jim Wallen of PH Development and Scott Okano and Mark Lilly of Biagi Bros., enjoying a day of friendly competition while coming together to support an important cause.

Events like this are a great reminder that some of the best connections happen beyond the office, bringing our industry partners together, strengthening relationships, and giving back to the community we’re proud to be part of.

🏡🍷✏️ What happens when you get a bunch of creatives in a room together?!

For this week’s W**e Wednesday, we traded our usual design tools for markers and drawing pads and put the TLCD team to the Telestrations (The Op) test!

From a chicken crossing the road 🐔 and Stonehenge 🪨 to freezer burn 🧊 and a dragon 🐉, our interpretations took some pretty hilarious turns along the way. Were some of the drawings a little sketchy? Absolutely. 😂 But that just made it better.

Between the questionable artwork and nonstop laughter, it was one of those simple moments that reminds us how much we value the people we work alongside every day.

Great teams are built on more than talent. They’re built on different strengths, perspectives, personalities, and the ability to have a lot of fun together. ❤️

Creativity brought us together. Laughter made the night. 🍷✏️

🏛️🧱 Honoring a Campus Legacy, Designing for the Future 🤼‍♂️🏋️‍♀️

Completed in 1935, Santa Rosa Junior College’s historic Tauzer Gymnasium has supported generations of students, hosting everything from Bear Cub basketball and wrestling to dance, rallies, and even a trampoline room during the 1960s trampoline craze!

Today, this beloved campus landmark has been renewed from the inside out. Its comprehensive modernization preserves the charm of the ivy-clad brick exterior while transforming the interior into an inclusive, state-of-the-art home for SRJC’s Kinesiology, Athletics, and Dance Department.

The revitalized facility features a modern wrestling venue, upgraded fitness and sports medicine spaces, new dance studios and classrooms, enhanced accessibility, dedicated areas for Adapted Physical Education, and an outdoor teaching and exercise area.
We’re proud to help write the next chapter in the story of this remarkable campus landmark. 🧡

🌿🍷 Beautiful views, plenty of tacos, and many TLCD memories! 🌮☀️

The TLCD team gathered at Copain W**es in Healdsburg for our annual company picnic, enjoying a wonderful evening in the vineyards with colleagues, families, and a few furry friends. It was a chance to step away from our desks, share some laughs, and celebrate the people who make TLCD such a special place to work.

We’re grateful for the time together and for the friendships and connections that extend far beyond the projects we create. Cheers to our incredible team! 🧡
