Luke & Blue’s LLC, owned by Deron Strickman-Levitas, builds homes to meet a variety of lifestyle needs between Point Washington along the Choctawhatchee Bay and the 30A communities of Blue Mountain Beach and Seagrove. The homes they build tend to have an open, country contemporary style.

A graduate of the Boston University School of Management, Deron learned how to build a home with his own two hands. He prefers to be hands-on and directly involved in his clients’ projects to ensure that every aspect of the homebuilding process is held to impeccable standards. He feels his work is about seeing the distinct vision that each of his clients wants to accomplish, making their vision his own and then bringing it to life.

Yesterday our sweet Boo Bear crossed the rainbow bridge. 💔🌈🐾 We are heartbroken but our memories with him will forever remain in our hearts and home. You may have noticed our social media has been a little less active the last few months. We have spent every last minute we could trying to surround Bear with the love and care he deserved. We have watched this giant of a teddy bear go from running to missing his usual walks to needing our help daily just to get outside. A boy that swam for love was swimming for therapy. A boy that wouldn’t turn down a morsel to not wanting any food. He stayed as long as he could to be strong for us. Our floors have been lined with runners and blankets, we have ordered every supplement, every contraption, every test and therapy we could. The only thing money can’t buy is more time. 💔We know he was tired. He is free and running with his little brother now. Thank you Boo Bear for letting us love you for all of your 11 years and 11 months, they just went by 7 times too fast. 😔 We will miss you forever Boo.
