This new six-story, 100% affordable senior housing community will provide 82 homes along with thoughtfully designed amenities that support comfort, connection, and independence. We’re proud to partner with Hollywood Community Housing Corporation, Kevin Daly Architects, and the City of Santa Monica to help bring this important project to life.

Morley Builders is excited to celebrate the groundbreaking of Phase II of Colibrí at Restorative Care Village, formerly known as Century + Restorative Care Village. This important affordable housing development will ultimately provide 296 homes, including permanent supportive housing for formerly unhoused residents and seniors, while connecting people to essential healthcare and support services. We're proud to be part of both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of a project that is helping build stronger, healthier communities for generations to come.

From 1902 Wilshire to Westminster Towers to 234 Pico, our Summer Interns spent the day exploring three of our Santa Monica project sites. Along the way, project team members shared insights into each project's progress, challenges, and milestones. It was a valuable chance for interns to step outside their own project experience and get a broader view of the incredible work happening across Morley Builders.

Project Update! 🏗️ Construction continues at 1902 Wilshire, an eight-story mixed-use development bringing 140 residential units, ground-floor retail space, and a variety of resident amenities to Santa Monica. We’re excited to see this future community continue to take shape and look forward to sharing more progress as work moves forward.

Exciting news, The Arlington is complete! We’re proud to celebrate the delivery of this new 100% affordable family housing community in the Arlington Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles. The 104,000-square-foot, four-story Type V development provides 84 homes. Targeting LEED Gold certification, The Arlington reflects a strong commitment to sustainability, quality construction, and community impact. Kickoff is here ⚽ With the start of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, we’re proud to see SoFi Stadium take center stage. As the concrete subcontractor, Morley placed over 76,000 cubic yards of concrete, building the foundation for a 70,000-seat venue designed for moments like this. From below-grade structure to stadium bowl support, our team helped set the stage for the world’s biggest matches. Let the games begin!

We’re excited to announce the upcoming restoration of the Pacific Palisades Recreation Center and Park, a transformative initiative to rebuild a cherished community space! Demolition of the existing gymnasium began last week, marking the start of this project’s renewal. The new center and park will feature a gym, sports fields, courts, and additional amenities designed to create a vibrant hub for connection and activity.

Our team is proud to be working alongside Gensler and SWA Group, with support from Steadfast LA and LA Strong Sports.
