Kickoff is here ⚽ With the start of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, we’re proud to see SoFi Stadium take center stage. As the concrete subcontractor, Morley placed over 76,000 cubic yards of concrete, building the foundation for a 70,000-seat venue designed for moments like this. From below-grade structure to stadium bowl support, our team helped set the stage for the world’s biggest matches. Let the games begin!

We’re excited to announce the upcoming restoration of the Pacific Palisades Recreation Center and Park, a transformative initiative to rebuild a cherished community space! Demolition of the existing gymnasium began last week, marking the start of this project’s renewal. The new center and park will feature a gym, sports fields, courts, and additional amenities designed to create a vibrant hub for connection and activity.

Progress continues at Together California Children’s Village in Palmdale! Recent milestones include completed building exteriors and major infrastructure now in place, bringing the site closer to full activation.

Landscape work is advancing quickly, with irrigation complete, planting underway, and key outdoor spaces beginning to take shape. Shade structures are underway, with playground and recreation features coming next.

We’re proud to help deliver a space that will serve and support the community for years to come.

Congratulations to the Norton Simon Museum on its full reopening following its 50th anniversary! We were honored to support the Museum’s exterior improvement project. The project included more than 272,900 SF of sitework, restoration of the Museum’s iconic 82,000 SF tiled façade, and significant upgrades to the beloved Sculpture Garden, all carefully executed while the Museum remained open to the public. Thank you to Architectural Resources Group for their thoughtful design and collaboration throughout this important preservation effort. We’re proud to have been part of a project that ensures the Museum continues to serve and inspire the community for years to come.

Located in South Los Angeles, this new 51,000‑square‑foot affordable housing development features 60 units, serving transitional‑age youth experiencing homelessness and low‑income families. Targeting LEED Gold certification, The Carlton provides sustainable, service‑enriched housing strengthening the surrounding community. We're proud to have contributed to this meaningful project alongside our project partners Abode Communities.
