Last week Chaminade College Preparatory broke ground on its Campus Transformation Project, with MATT leading construction of the athletic facilities, bridge, and student services building.

This is one of the largest capital investments in Chaminade's nearly 75-year history, and we're proud to be part of it.

Congratulations to everyone who helped get us to this milestone. We're looking forward to the work ahead!

Our project teams participated in a training led by Jon Ou focused on leveraging the Power BI Buyout Insights dashboard to effectively manage and maintain the Buyout Log.

The session covered where to access the dashboard, the information needed to get started, and best practices for navigating, updating, and maintaining buyout data. By providing greater visibility and streamlined reporting, the dashboard helps teams make informed decisions and keep project information accurate and up to date.

At MATT, we're committed to continuous learning and equipping our teams with innovative tools that drive efficiency and project success.

Proud to see a MATT Construction project featured in the LA Times!

Echelon Studios Hollywood is a $450 million studio rising on a 5-acre site on Santa Monica Boulevard, with five soundstages, production support space, and landscaped bungalows on top with views of the Hollywood sign. Fitting a studio this size onto a compact site meant stacking everything in a single building, and keeping the stages quiet with parking below took serious engineering.

Thank you to the team BARDAS Investment Group, RIOS, Saiful Bouquet Structural Engineers, House & Robertson Architects, and everyone who is helping us bring this project to life!
