We've come a long way since our founder began building houses in the 1960’s with a dream of creating his own business. In 1982, Frank Schipper built his company with the belief that a client centered business focused on core values including integrity, teamwork, and professionalism, was the key to a successful and long lasting organization. Through thirty plus years of successful projects and sustained growth, these values have permeated throughout the company and have led to a long list of successful and award winning projects and an extensive base of repeat clients. has constructed or renovated many of the landmarks across Santa Barbara and the Tri county area encompassing buildings in every industry, among them; healthcare, arts, education, commercial interiors, historical renovations, and hospitality. We strive to adopt the goals of every client to help plan, manage and construct each project in a truly collaborative process. Over time we have built our financial strength and reputation to become the leading company that meets the ever-changing and growing needs of our clients.
