Some weeks are all about demolition. Others are about watching the finishing touches come together. This week, weโ€™ve got a little bit of everything!

But remodeling isnโ€™t just about the work happening on site. Itโ€™s also about checking in with our crews, walking through progress with our clients, and making sure everything is coming together as planned.

And yes, thereโ€™s always time for a few smiles and selfies along the way! ๐Ÿ˜

This North Tustin bathroom was all about creating a space that feels bright, timeless and tailored โ€” from the custom DeWils and marble surfaces to that floor.

We love designing rooms where the details are just as good as the big picture.

A little bit of everything happening across our projects this week โ€” shower glass going in, custom cabinetry being built, framing and rough-ins underway, bathrooms coming together, doors being installed, and plenty of finishing work happening in the kitchen.

And of course, a few familiar faces behind all that progress. ๐Ÿ˜

Hereโ€™s a look at what the Burgin Design โ€ข Remodel team has been up to this week. Happy Friday!

Thereโ€™s a lot more to a shower installation than setting tile on a wall. Careful layout, straight lines, consistent spacing, proper waterproofing, and plenty of leveling along the way.

It may look a little crazy in the middle ๐Ÿ˜† โ€” but every one of those little blue and yellow pieces is helping us get to a clean, precise finished product.

Itโ€™s the work you donโ€™t notice that makes the work you DO notice look right.

Except the pieces are cabinets, appliances, electrical, plumbing, flooring, drywallโ€ฆ and occasionally one piece that refuses to fit. ๐Ÿ˜‚

This is the part of remodeling most people never see โ€” putting all the pieces together to create the finished space.

New Project Alert ๐Ÿšจ

Weโ€™re kicking off a new primary bathroom remodel in Mission Viejo, CA, and this one is going to be a fun transformation.

Weโ€™re taking this dated space and giving it a complete refresh โ€” new shower, double vanity, cabinetry, countertops, tile, lighting and finishes, all designed to give the space a cleaner, warmer and more updated feel.

The plans are done. Selections are made. Now itโ€™s time to build!

Itโ€™s time for another Friday in the Field!

Lots happening across our projects this week โ€” cabinets going in, tile work coming together, new windows and appliances arriving, and our crew busy making progress from one job site to the next.

Hereโ€™s a little peek at what weโ€™ve been up to. Happy Friday from the Burgin Design โ€ข Remodel team! ๐Ÿ

One of the things we love about the design process is giving our clients the opportunity to see their space before itโ€™s built.

For this ๐๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ก ๐“๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง ๐‹๐š๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ซ๐ฒ ๐‘๐จ๐จ๐ฆ, the 3D design helped us work through the layout, storage, and cabinetry before bringing it all to life. We went with DeWils Custom Cabinetry painted in Blush โ€” and yes, weโ€™re still loving this color. ๐ŸคŽ

Would you go this bold in your laundry room?
