We work hand in hand with the carrier and homeowner to ensure that we are providing the optimal, cost-effective solution for their damaged belongings. Typically 85-90% of soft good items from a loss can be salvaged and that means that expensive, delicate, and sentimental items can typically be restored. Our focus is on ensuring great customer service and helping our clients understand what to realistically expect after a loss occurs. We are trusted in what we do and are currently working with all top insurance carriers in the Western region. We are environmentally friendly and clean using GreenEarth® Cleaning, which is a green dry cleaning process that uses Hydroxyl, a completely safe and non-hazardous chemical. This means that there is no risk to the air, water or soil. In fact, unlike many of the harmful alternatives used by other dry cleaners, Hydroxyl is so safe that the EPA is not even required to regulate it. Our experience working with insurance claims has given us an in-depth understanding of Xactimate® and the entire claims process.
