STK Baltimore, behind the scenes.

A finished restaurant looks effortless. Getting it there isn’t.

This project took careful sequencing, coordination between trades, and a lot of attention to the details guests will never notice…but will absolutely feel when they walk in.

That’s the work behind the atmosphere.

Things are really starting to take shape at Brandy Melville Westwood.

We’ve moved past the early demo work, and now the new framing and structure are coming together. It’s always exciting to see a space go from stripped back to something you can actually start to picture finished.

A lot more to come on this one.

Salem, OR Another Crunch Fitness has opened its doors.

What started as a construction site is now a finished fitness space built for the energy, traffic, and everyday use that comes with a growing gym brand.

It’s always rewarding to see the transformation from early-stage buildout to a space that’s ready for members.

Another project added to the map.

Empire Summit Recap.

This summit was about more than bringing the team together…it was about reconnecting with who we are, why we do the work, and what sets Empire apart.

From leadership conversations to team moments, the message was clear: strong culture, clear communication, and shared purpose are what keep us moving forward.

When the people are aligned, the work follows.

Today, we pause to remember September 11, 2001.

We honor the lives lost, the families forever changed, and the courage of the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who stood together in the face of tragedy.

May we never forget the strength, unity, and resilience shown that day and in the days that followed.

United we stand.
