STARBUCKS | NEWBURY PARK, CA

Today marks the official opening of another Starbucks location - just in time for fall drinks! ☕️🍂

Gray West Construction is proud to celebrate the completion of this 1,714 s.f. Starbucks, continuing a long-standing partnership with a valued legacy customer.

Project scope included: interior partition walls, restrooms, beverage and preparation areas, custom casework, interior finishes, ceilings and lighting, HVAC diffusers, and trenching of the existing concrete slab for plumbing and electrical.

We’re proud to continue building alongside a customer we’ve worked with for years and deliver another welcoming space ready to serve the Newbury Park community.

BELLEVUE CHILDREN'S ACADEMY | BELLEVUE, WA

Back-to-school season is here, and Bellevue Children's Academy is already off to a fresh start!

Our team recently completed renovations throughout the school, giving the space a clean, refreshed look for students and staff. The project included new flooring and carpeting, fresh paint, updated LED lighting, and a complete refresh from top to bottom.

With students and staff in mind, our team took extra care throughout the project to ensure the space was safe, clean, and ready for the new school year.

GAP | RIVERSIDE, CA

Gray West Construction recently completed a new 9,265 s.f. Gap location. The project included interior improvements, new partitions, finishes, sales areas, stockroom and back-of-house spaces, as well as MEP upgrades and other improvements to support the new store.

We are grateful for the opportunity to continue our work with Gap and support their retail growth.

Safe to say we have a lot of baseball fans at Gray West! ⚾

On Saturday, we treated our team members and their families to an Angels game for a fun evening together outside of work. It was a great opportunity to relax, enjoy the game, and spend time with one another.

We're grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make it a great night.

Happy 2026!

Our internship program is one of Gray West Construction's greatest sources of pride. Over the years, it has introduced us to many talented individuals who have continued their careers with Gray West beyond their internships, growing into roles such as Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Business Analysts.

This summer, the Class of 2026 has been in full gear, learning the ins and outs of what it takes to build projects while gaining hands-on experience alongside our team.

Because of the flexibility of our internship program, we’re proud to continue supporting their growth and providing opportunities for many of them to stay on board with Gray West, continuing their internship experience while pursuing their education.

To our interns, thank you for your hard work, enthusiasm, and dedication. We’re honored to be part of your journey and look forward to seeing all you accomplish.

FIVE BELOW | COLTON, CA

Gray West Construction has recently completed a new Five Below location off the 215 Freeway in Colton, CA. This 8,466 SF build-out consists of interior alterations, including new partitions, custom finishes, sales fixtures, custom LED displays, MEP upgrades, and storefront façade modifications to the existing building. The scope also included cash registers, offices, stockroom improvements, and other back-of-house spaces.

We are thankful for the opportunity to support Five Below’s ongoing expansion. Thank you to the entire project team, and congratulations on another successful project!

We are proud to celebrate Tony Williams on his 10th anniversary with Gray West Construction. Over the years, Tony has been an important part of our team, contributing to the success of many projects and helping build strong, lasting relationships with clients like Starbucks and CAVA. His dedication, professionalism, and consistent performance are a big reason these valued clients continue to trust Gray West with their projects.

In recent years, Tony has been serving as a Superintendent on our Starbucks and CAVA projects, where his extensive field experience continues to make a positive impact. Tony is known for his bright personality and ability to connect with everyone on the jobsite.

We're honored to be featured by the Orange County Business Journal for our work on the Holey Moley Golf Club & Hijinx Hotel project at Irvine Spectrum Center.

Transforming a former gym into an immersive entertainment destination took creativity, collaboration, and thoughtful ex*****on from concept to completion. This project challenged our team to think beyond traditional construction and focus on the guest experience at every step.
