A great night for Turning Leaf at the 2026 GOBA Major Achievement Awards! 🎭🏆

Katie and I had a wonderful evening representing Turning Leaf Custom Homes at this year’s GOBA Majors, and we were incredibly proud to see our team recognized with two awards.

Turning Leaf received the Best Traditional Print Media – Builder award for our Florida Design Magazine advertising. It’s always rewarding to have our marketing recognized, but even more so when it represents the homes, craftsmanship and brand our entire team works so hard to build every day.

The highlight of the evening, though, was seeing our Project Superintendent Shaun Marsh recognized with a Golden Hammer Award.

The Golden Hammer recognition is especially meaningful because it celebrates the people behind the projects — the professionals in the field who coordinate the details, solve the problems, work with our trade partners and help turn a set of plans into a home our clients will be proud of. We’re very fortunate to have Shaun representing Turning Leaf on our jobsites, and we couldn’t have been happier to see him receive this recognition.

Thank you to the Greater Orlando Builders Association for another terrific Majors celebration, and congratulations to all of this year’s honorees and winners.
