Relocating an old tack barn on the horse farm to make room for the new one coming in.
I'll lower and level it another day 😂 There's always so much to do at the farm

I'll never be sorry that I'm not available immediately for your project.
If you decide today that you want to start your renovation tomorrow, good luck finding a quality contractor available.
I've seen it countless times where clients hire the contractor that's available immediately.
Suddenly, I'm having to cut tile from around the outlet boxes.
Or I'm having to put self-leveler on the floor because they didn't bother to match the subfloor thickness.
Or I'm having to relocate electrical boxes that were installed improperly (wrong height, location, depth).
Waiting for a contractor that is going to make sure you get what you want and pay for with a quality finish is well worth the hassle in the long run.
We're presently booked out 3 weeks for single to 2 day projects. 3 to 4 months for renovations and large projects.
We have immediate availability for 24/7 emergency repair calls for landlords and property owners.
That's how it works.

Rough fitting a trap that wasn't installed when the plumbing was done 😢
Trenches had to be dug to get to it

Not even 5 months to complete with only 2 full-time guys!
Install the gutters, finish a few interior details such as cabinets and closet shelves and this house is complete!
It's ready for the client to move in when she gets home from vacation and of this week.

Not too bad for someone that's "just a mobile home handy-man" 😂 😂 😂
