CHAPTER FOUR — The Plant That Changed Everything 🌿
I didn’t know I was buying the beginning of anything.
I was just looking for something I could keep alive.
Before I bought her, I actually tried to find a pothos cutting from someone else. I asked around. Nobody had one. Then I found this little $5 plant and almost left her behind.
I’m really glad I didn’t.
Because somewhere between learning how to care for her, watching her fill her pot, and eventually separating her into four plants, something changed in me too.
I became curious.
One plant became another. Then another. I started learning their names, noticing new leaves, celebrating roots, experimenting, collecting, sharing.
And eventually, without realizing it, I was building the little world that would become Plant Goblin.
She wasn’t the biggest plant. She wasn’t rare. She wasn’t expensive.
She was just the one that opened the door. 🌿

CAPÍTULO CUATRO — La planta que cambió todo 🌿
Yo no sabía que estaba comprando el comienzo de nada.
Solo estaba buscando algo que pudiera mantener vivo.
Antes de comprarla, hasta traté de conseguir un cutting de pothos de alguien. Pregunté por ahí. Nadie tenía. Entonces encontré esta plantita de $5 y casi la dejo allí.
Qué bueno que no lo hice.
Porque entre aprender a cuidarla, verla llenar su tiesto y eventualmente separarla en cuatro plantas, algo también cambió en mí.
Me dio curiosidad.
Una planta se convirtió en otra. Y después en otra. Empecé a aprenderme sus nombres, notar hojas nuevas, celebrar raíces, experimentar, coleccionar, compartir.
Y sin darme cuenta, estaba construyendo el pequeño mundo que eventualmente se convertiría en Plant Goblin.
No era la planta más grande. No era rara. No era cara.
Simplemente fue la que abrió la puerta. 🌙🌿
