We are looking for experienced HVAC installers and service technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining residential and commercial HVAC systems. This individual must be knowledgeable in the use of tools and safety procedures, have excellent customer service skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will also have a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (DOE)

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems.
Inspect and test HVAC systems for proper operation.
Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system problems.
Calculate load requirements for new systems.
Install insulation and ductwork.
Follow safety protocols.
Qualifications
Experience:

HVAC: 1 year (Required)
License/Certification:

EPA Type II (Required)
RMGA certification (Required)

We are looking for 2-3 motivated and friendly individuals with strong management skills capable of leading their own installation crew. Customer service and a strong work ethic are a must. You will be installing mostly residential HVAC units, working with different customers almost daily.

Responsibilities:
Designs, fabricates and installs various ducts and duct fittings as required
Provides guidance and knowledge to HVAC Installer Helper on proper skills and training of HVAC installation jobs
Works under minimum supervision to install HVAC equipment in customer’s home
Properly complete paperwork in a neat, accurate , thorough and timely manner
Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional
Have and maintain a clean driving record
Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams
Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this if needed

Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses.
Performing preventative maintenance by cleaning reheat coils and air handling units, and monitoring and calibrating air handling units.
Improving air quality by cleaning ducts to optimize efficiency.
Fixing, replacing and adjusting vents, and ductwork.
Ensuring condensation drain line is free of debris and draining properly.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Keeping daily logs and records of maintenance functions.
Maintaining clean service truck.
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Health and Safety Act.

We are hiring for both new construction and residential installers.
Our residential install position is only open for lead installers. That means you must have a minimum of 2 years experience, and can provide references.
New construction installers must have, at minimum, a basic understanding of the construction trade. On the job training will be available to the right applicant.
