The holidays are about more than celebrations, they’re about showing up for the communities that support us.

This season, Kristine Hitesman, President of the Capitol Roofing Group, and Paul Hitesman, Vice President, had the honor of participating in a holiday event for The Christmas Box International here in Utah. Dressed as Santa and Mrs. Claus, they spent time supporting an organization that provides love, safety, and stability to children in need, during the holidays and throughout the year.

Giving back is part of who we are. When our leaders and teams step into their communities with generosity and intention, the impact goes far beyond the work we do. It reaches hearts and creates lasting memories.

Grateful for the opportunity to serve and support such an incredible cause.

Ugly sweaters on the outside. Strong values on the inside.

This season reminded us that resilience isn’t built alone. It’s built when people show up for each other, work through challenges together, and choose collaboration over comfort. Just like family and community, a strong business is rooted in trust, shared purpose, and the willingness to step in when someone else needs support.

Today was a lighthearted moment, but it reflects something deeper: when we come together in spirit, effort, and heart, we can handle whatever comes our way.

Grateful for this team, this community, and the reminder that together is always better.

Job Description
Looking for all skill levels of Roofers—mainly flat roofing
Pay is dependent on experience
Job Requirements:
• Hard Working, Self Motivated, Reliable and the ability to be on time
• Ability to lift 75 - 100 lbs
• Able to work on heights and in all weather conditions
• Value safe work practices
• Work well with others on your team
• Work Monday thru Friday with occasional weekends required
• Occasional out of state travel required
• Some personal tools required along with clothing. Example: Leather boots, seam probe, tape measure, chalk line, utility knives, etc. -- most items available for purchase as a payroll deduction
• Valid drivers license preferred but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age
Skill Levels/Type of Work
• Willing to train anyone that is interested in learning the roofing trade
• We install TPO, EPDM, PVC, Metal Roofing, Shingles, Roof Coatings, with occasional asphalt roofing.
• We deal in mostly commercial roofing work, with a small amount of residential roofing.
