Customer requested replacing rotten timbers in their retaining wall

This May we focused on replacing a community staircase. It was a very large project, but should bring a safe access to the lake fronts beach for years to come.

We are transitioning back into kayak and paddle board rentals for the Summer, but will be scheduling for fall projects!

This is a closet bi-fold door. The pivot point had failed and made the door inoperable; so rather than spending over $200 on a new solid wood bi-fold door, LL Services removed the damaged corner, and rebuilt the pivot point for many more years of service!
