Living room. Patched holes from new wiring, skimcoat, ceiling texture, paint,new fixtures, flooring, custom made & stained shoe molding to match baseboard . This place went from a dive to a high five.

Siding, stairway and capping. This place came a long way.

Kitchen. Drywall skimcost and knockdown texture, cabinets, tile, flooring, sliding door new window, trim, metal capping and paint. Added a knee wall for stove to set into and recessed lighting.

Kitchen remodel. Flooring, cabinets, butcherblock, tile etc. Just need to slide the oven in when it arrives and also install decorative handles on the double doors and its done.

Siding in Sandusky. Big upgrade on this old w***y house. I also aluminum wrapped side door, garage fascia/garage door opening & a couple windows that were missing metal.

Siding install.

Vinyl siding. Garage & enclosed porch had old wooden panel shiplap. We matched the almond double 5 dutchlap siding on the house. Also installed it as Batten board on the garage loft doors. I will aluminum trim the windows & doors in the near future
